Steamed Shrimp“

Cooking ng Ina Mo

- with Chef Kulugo

I don't usually cook at home. I buy my food outside, so mostly it's fast-food. I know, it's not healthy but I think it's a norm to those leaving independently. I'm working a night shift, so when I get home I just stop at the nearest mall and grabbed something to eat to bring home. There are lots of restaurants and fast-food chains around my place.

Sometimes when I want a home cook menu, I'll just visit Gerry's Grill. My favorite is Sinigang na Hipon (Sour Shrimp Soup). Second is the Bulalo (Beef Marrow Stew). And of course there are more to choose from, you know Gerry's Grill is known for its Filipino dishes. Only that the above recipes are my favorite.

But on some weekends, I tried to cook myself (no not myself genius lol, I mean I tried doing the cooking). I know, I can cook good (taste-wise) but I'm not tolerating myself (lol) because I hate cleaning afterward. I'm kind of lazy when at home, I don't like doing household chores as much as possible. I brought my laundry to a laundry shop regularly so I can only bother my self to clean the house.

Again, I'm craving for shrimps. Have I told you yet, it's my favorite? So again, I went to the nearest Shopwise and buy half-kilo of shrimps. I want to cook Halabos na Hipon (steamed shrimps).

Of course, I have to make a recording. And here's the video... taddaaah.
